The petition asks court orders requiring mandatory treatment be vacated. As a first request, we have prepared submissions for Supreme Tribunal - Delhi dated 16 Aug 1999; also petition dated 17 December 1999. As our submission says:

On 27th November 2000, the High Court's bench handed over its order to Chief of the Railway Board in the case titled Bishan and Chhavsadi vs National Capital Development Corporation (now Railways), and subsequently we received our plea.
